Rock n Roll, everything going smoothly... I am starting to actually feel better already. One thing to mention is I also decided to quit smoking during these 90 days as well as give up drinking in general.
That's great...!!! I quit 10 years ago and also started yoga and a detox diet. It was my second and last time to quit. I found making a big change in the way I eat and exercise changed the way my day passed. It felt like the focus was taken off of the smoking, and it became more about it being a package with the food and the exercise. I made it easier and less frustrating than quitting smoking- at least for me! I'm going to forward your post to my husband who also wants to quit during the PCP! Good luck and have a great week 2!
More power to you man, others have also quit smoking on the PCP so it's doable!
ReplyDeleteGood effort - how's the non-smoking thing going? I'm thinking about doing the same, but worried it might be biting off more than I can chew!
